I first joined Tribe in January 2019, with my wedding as the goal and wanting to lose weight. By that August I’d lost 3 stone. Of course, the physical change gave me confidence, but the biggest thing Tribe has given me is learning how to maintain my weight and build a stronger mindset. Before Tribe, I’d tried it all, shake diets, no carb diets, even T5 tablets, until one day my heart was racing so badly I thought I was going to die. Each time I’d lose a few stone, but I always put it straight back on. I hated dieting and I hated the gym even more. It really has changed my life. I dread to think what shape and health I’d be in now if I hadn’t joined, and how that would have impacted my daughter. Tribe really is an amazing gym.  You won’t find a more supportive team. If you’re on the fence, I’d honestly say give it a try, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Q: I’ve never been to a gym - can I still come or am I too unfit?
A: Absolutely. Everyone started where you are right now, no one arrives ‘fit’. I (Ross) will personally meet you where you are at and we build a foundation and I gain your trust in realising that you are capable of more than you think! 

Q: What happens after the trial ends?
A: You’ll feel stronger, more confident and can continue with the plan or we can call it there if it doesn’t work for you. 

Q: What if I don’t enjoy it?
A: No worries! If it isn’t for you from get go, you get your money back. No sweat at all. 

Q: How crowded does it get?
A: Small, supportive groups. We don’t put ourselves in the Hyrox class/Crossfit class area where it’s high amounts of people and low quality coaching. The goal is for you to feel fully supported in knowing what you are doing, doing it with precision and executing at a level that you are happy with throughout.
